THE HISTORY
At Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar, we believe in more than just serving up fresh seafood and cold drinks—we're about creating unforgettable experiences that bring people together. That's why we launched the Fresh & Raw Tour: a celebration of music, community, and giving back to help find a cure for blood cancer.
In 2022, we set out to combine our love for live music with our commitment to making a difference. Partnering with Blood Cancer United *formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, we transformed our Shacks into stages for hit Nashville singer-songwriters, local artists, and passionate fans. The goal? To raise funds and awareness for blood cancer research while having "A Good Shuckin' Time!"
The Fresh & Raw Tour has featured top Nashville talents like hit country songwriters CJ Solar, Barrett Baber, Dave Gibson, Dan Alley, & Sam Banks, and up and coming country stars Sammy Arraiga, Josiah Siska, Warren Garrett, Taylor Goyette & Charlie Argo. Guests were treated to intimate performances, delicious seafood, cold beers and the chance to contribute to a cause close to our hearts. As our CEO, Jonathan Weathington, put it:
"It became more than just music in the corner of a bar; it became a community event focused on raising money for those battling blood cancers."

Over the past 4 years, Shuckin' Shack has raised close to $300,000 to benefit Blood Cancer United. With your support, we aim to raise even more funds to support blood cancer patients and keep the spirit of the benefit alive and thriving.
